Digital Products & Orders

How do I receive my digital templates after purchase?

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation with either a direct download link or a PDF containing access instructions.

• You’ll get a PDF with a secure link to open the designs in Canva.

• After checkout, you’ll be prompted to enter the email associated with your Wix account. Your site transfer will be sent to that email within 24 hours (but often much faster!).

⚠️ If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder just in case.

I didn’t get my download email — what should I do?

Don’t worry — tech hiccups happen! Here's what to try:

1. spam, junk, or promotions folder.

2. Make sure your email address was entered correctly at checkout.

3. Still nothing? Submit a support ticket and include your order number or the name/email used at purchase — we’ll resend your download right away.

Can I redownload my digital product later?

Yes! As long as you still have the original download link or email, you can access it anytime. If you’ve misplaced it:

• Just send us a quick message with your name, order number, or product name.

• We’ll resend your files within 1–2 business days.

✨ Pro Tip: Save your PDF and/or template links somewhere safe like Google Drive or Dropbox for future use.

Can I use my purchase across multiple brands or clients?

By default, all digital products include a single business/personal use license. That means you can use the files for one brand or business.

If you'd like to use our templates across multiple client accounts or in your agency workflow, please reach out for a commercial license.

Do you offer discounts, bundles, or promotions?

We love a good deal — and we pass those on to you!

Some of our most popular template kits are already bundled to save you time and money.

What’s your refund policy on digital products?

Due to the nature of digital goods, all template and file sales are final and non-refundable.

However, we stand behind our work. If you're having trouble accessing or using your files, submit a ticket — we're here to help and will always make sure you get what you paid for.

Can I request changes or custom edits to a template I bought?

We offer custom services! If you'd like your purchased template personalized — for example, with your branding, photos, or content — we can help.

Canva Templates

Will I need to purchase anything extra on top of the Canva templates?

Nope! Everything you need is included. Most templates work with a free Canva account — if any Pro elements are used, they’re either optional or clearly listed in the product description.

Are the stock photos used in the templates included in the purchase?

Some stock images may be included, but others are for demo purposes only. Canva may swap free photos over time. You can easily replace images with your own brand photography or free alternatives from Canva’s library.

How do I download the files after purchase?

Right after checkout, you’ll receive an email with a PDF download. Inside that PDF is a clickable Canva link that gives you instant access to the full template set. Make sure to save your PDF so you can reuse the link anytime.

What if I don't know how to use Canva?

Don’t worry — Canva is beginner-friendly, and we design every template with simplicity in mind. No design experience needed! We also include quick-start instructions.

Can I purchase and use the Canva templates for my clients?

All templates come with a personal/single business license. If you want to use templates across multiple client brands, you’ll need a commercial use license. Just reach out to request one!

Won’t my graphics look the same as everyone else using these templates?

Not at all. We build templates that are fully customizable — you can change fonts, colors, images, and layouts in just a few clicks. Your brand personality will shine through once you plug in your content.

Can I customize the templates to match my branding?

Wix Website Templates

How do I receive my Wix website template after purchase?

After checkout, you’ll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Wix account. Once submitted, we’ll manually transfer the site to your account within 24 hours (usually faster!).

You’ll receive an email from Wix (no-reply@notifications.wix.com) letting you know the site is ready for editing.

What if I entered the wrong email address?

Mistakes happen! If you submitted the wrong email, just submit a ticket with the correct one and your order number or name. As long as the transfer hasn’t been accepted yet, we can easily resend it to the right email.

Can I reuse the template for more than one website or business?

Your purchase includes a single-site license, which means you can use the template for one website only. If you'd like to use the same template for multiple brands, additional licenses are required.

Reach out to request a multi-site license or commercial use option.

Do I need a paid Wix plan to use the template?

You can start customizing the template with a free Wix account, but to connect your domain and launch a live website, you’ll need to upgrade to one of Wix’s premium plans.

You’ll choose your plan directly through Wix based on your business needs (no extra charges from Media by Liz).

Can I customize everything on the site?

Yes! Every part of your Wix website template is fully customizable using Wix’s drag-and-drop editor. You can update:

• Fonts, colors, and branding

• Page layouts and sections

• Images and galleries

• Buttons, forms, and more

No coding required — ever.

Is the site mobile responsive?

Yes! All templates are built with mobile responsiveness in mind. However, Wix allows you to make separate adjustments to the mobile view, so we recommend reviewing your edits on both desktop and mobile before publishing.

Can I get help customizing my site?

Definitely. If you'd like a hand launching your site, we offer Wix template customization and full setup services. This includes:

• Editing the layout to fit your needs

What custom services do you offer?

How do I book a custom project with you?

Easy! Just fill out our custom inquiry form, and we’ll review your request and follow up within 1–2 business days.

If we’re a good fit, we’ll send over a proposal, estimated timeline, and next steps.

How long do custom projects take?

Timelines depend on the scope, but here are general estimates:

• Social media kits or email sequences: 5–10 business days

• Custom websites: 2–4 weeks (depending on revisions and content readiness)

• Branding packages: 1–3 weeks

We’ll confirm your exact timeline when we send your proposal.

What if I just want a few edits to a template I purchased?

We can absolutely help with that! If you’ve purchased a Media by Liz template and need help customizing it with your brand, we offer template customization services starting at a flat rate.

What’s your refund or cancellation policy for custom services?

All payments for custom services are non-refundable, as time is reserved and strategy work begins immediately after booking. If you need to pause or shift timelines, just let us know — we do our best to accommodate when possible.
