Overview

After joining the CGT Aesthetics Marketing team in 2023, I contributed to the clinic's social media efforts by enhancing content creation, boosting engagement, and executing data-driven strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. My role focused on creating compelling content, growing the online community, and driving more traffic to the clinic's services.

The Challenge

CGT Aesthetics needed to:

- Increase brand visibility and expand its online reach.

- Engage a broader audience with interactive and informative content.

- Drive leads and increase bookings through social media platforms.

Solution & Strategy

Once I joined the team, I worked on refining CGT Aesthetics' content strategy and implementing engagement tactics:

Content Optimization: Created a mix of before-and-after videos, client testimonials, and educational content to educate and inspire potential clients.

Targeted Campaigns: Developed targeted Instagram/Facebook ad campaigns and optimized content for specific audiences, driving conversions and leads.

Interactive Content: Used Instagram Stories, polls, and Q&A sessions to boost audience engagement and educate followers on aesthetic treatments.
