What I Did:

• Led a team of 8 patient coordinators, delegating tasks, improving workflows, and providing mentorship.
• Shot and edited Reels, created graphics, and built campaigns using Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut.

• Designed and managed content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, coordinating calendars and production

• Designed brochures, FAQs, and digital resources to support brand consistency and patient education.

• Built and sent email campaigns via Booker software, driving increased appointment bookings and measurable revenue growth.

• Used Meta Business Suite to track campaign metrics (engagement, reach, CTR), and refined strategy accordingly.
