AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

Thank you for choosing MBL Marketing, a brand of Media By Liz, LLC. This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through https://mediabyliz.com

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, templates, guides, worksheets, and other digital resources, all digital-product purchases are generally final once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered.

A refund may be considered when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • You received the incorrect digital product.
  • A technical problem prevents you from accessing the product and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

 

Before requesting a refund, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve any download, access, or file-related problem.

Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within seven days of purchase by emailing support@mediabyliz.com. Include your name, order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue.

 2. MARKETING AND WEBSITE SERVICES

Customized marketing, consulting, website, SEO, UX/UI, content, email, automation, and related services cannot be returned.

Payments for work already completed or started are non-refundable. This includes strategy, research, design, development, writing, revisions, meetings, project management, and third-party expenses.

Any refund, cancellation, or deposit terms in a signed proposal, contract, invoice, or service agreement will take priority over this general policy.

3. DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS

Deposits reserve project availability and allow work to begin. Once work has started, amounts covering completed work and nonrecoverable expenses are non-refundable.

When appropriate, MBL Marketing may refund any prepaid amount that has not yet been earned after deducting completed work and project expenses.

4. APPROVED REFUNDS

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the applicable bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
